Hacking [HELP] (new Nintendo 2ds xl US 11.4) Installing FBI and cfw to install freeShop with ntrhax??

So can I install freeShop after the whole process without requiring a
flashcart and hardmod? If not, then do I REALLY need a flashcart?? Please help me

You need a flashcart if you want CFW. See https://3ds.guide/ntrboot

After you have CFW you can install freeShop. See the OP of the Noob Paradise thread for a mini guide.
