Gaming HELP NEEDED PLEASE

I just used Hellcat's Recovery Flasher to downgrade my psp from 5.00m33 to 3.71m33-4 everything finished it turned off turned back on then everything is white when i press select it still shows the m33 vsh menu but i cant tell if everything is there can you please tell me what to do and also it wont turn off i have to take the battery out but it turns back on

Because their playstation games didn't work. You should have downgraded to 4.01m33-2. I guess your option would be to use the pandora method.
