ROM Hack Help need for pokemon game development

as you all know pokemon rom hacking is everywhere and it has inspire me to make my own pokemon hack the thing is that sometime i'm a good spriter sometimes i flop i just don't know why i have some ideas but i just can't get them out thats why i need help from people who can sprite really well people who wouldn't mind giving some of there time to help me finish this and i know not everybody can't sprite but don't worry you can also help with music and maps ideas and other stuff you name it and i will listen also remember email me first so i know what your doing and also when sending me the work make sure to put your name so i can out it in the credits
