If a hack was done properly, you can access the priiloader menu by holding the reset button. Also can be a display problem.

i dont think i have priiloader cause i held the reset button and nothing happened

Did you hold it when powering on the Wii, or when it was already on? It needs to be held when powering on. I don't assume you're stupid, you just never know without asking.

1. no i dont. i only have homebrew. when i launch bootmii it flashes the blue light and nothing shows up. i dont really know boot2 because i got other people to add this stuff for me. i dont know much. 2. i was deleting stuff and it turned off. after that i turned on my wii again it worked but it was very laggy and nothing responded correctly. then i turned it off and on and i press A and then the problem starts.

It sounds like you might have a mail brick. Before we do anything though, I'd like you to follow these steps while in maintenance mode and post a sysCheck:
