Well the problem iss...

I've heard that the dstt runs HOMEBREW games, When i actually got the dstt, i tried a homebrew game...

THE GAME DID NOT WORK.

Do i download homebrew or something?..

Homebrew = Brewed from home. Made by a person or a team that is not hired. It is not it's own game, child!
Homebrews games. Homebrew Games are all different. They are .nds files like ROMs.
Magnetic Shaving Derby, nesDS, Mario Paint Composer (DS), Warcraft Tower Defense.. not HOMEBREW game.
