Looks like an old R4 (pre microSDHC, your limited to 2GB or less) or early clone. Opening it will not likely help, nobody tends to put website info on the PCB, current clones put them on the sticker which yours is missing.
If it is a legit R4, you can just download wood R4 to run on it.
If it is an early R4 clone, you might have a hard time finding system files. You can go through the index here and might not find something that would work.
