Help me make a Zippo please

So I want to get a Zippo lighter but I want a custom one. Now me being a huge Boktai nut I want a Bokai-style one. Anyone have any good templates? Or does someone have a better design idea? Suggestions welcome!

I'm still not sure how I can fit Boktai into a clean design, but I'm hunting through various artwork and sprite rips.

I suggest creating an outline off an existing artwork you like, scaling it to fit the lighter and going to a jewelery store. Engraving it should not be terribly expensive and it looks fantastic - you can also add the font.

Works on silver lighters, not sure about brass ones which one are you interested in?

Zippo allows customization through their site. I was originally thinking about silver, but now I may get black or red.
