I have got a Nintendo switch in for repair and it seems it has been repaired before, this tiny little component was hanging on by a thread and I knocked it off replacing M92T36. One if the microscopic legs broke off

Does anyone know what this is? If anyone can link me to it I would be eternally greatful. I don't want to buy a faulty switch board for possibly one fet. Thanks in advance! :P received_237208483938105.jpeg IMG_20200124_111801.jpg IMG_20200124_111702.jpg

looks like a tiny regulator, could be a tiny FET.

So I have had a message from a guy on imgur that thinks its sot-23 package (possibly voltage regulator) I would need to know the voltage and mah if this is the case, anyone brave enough to tear apart their switch and get a multimeter on it for me?
