I have got a Nintendo switch in for repair and it seems it has been repaired before, this tiny little component was hanging on by a thread and I knocked it off replacing M92T36. One if the microscopic legs broke off

Does anyone know what this is? If anyone can link me to it I would be eternally greatful. I don't want to buy a faulty switch board for possibly one fet. Thanks in advance! :P

So I have had a message from a guy on imgur that thinks its sot-23 package (possibly voltage regulator) I would need to know the voltage and mah if this is the case, anyone brave enough to tear apart their switch and get a multimeter on it for me?

Nope, never did, no one really got back to me, still need it though
I think I've just identified it!! I've posted part numbers in the 'Components used on the Switch' thread (can't post link as a new member)

I've just bought some, so will test them out and see how it goes.
