Homebrew Help Installing Menuhax or themehax

Hey just got ninjhax installed and I put the homebrew starter kit on my sd from smeas github however when i get to the homebrew menu and I click on menuhax manager and try to install it just gives me an error and won't install what gives?

Go into your theme management, change the colour then back to white. It should create some files.

The menuhax was patched at 10.6 update so it wont work!!!!!

MenuHax as said was patched in 10.6 since that it gives you an error because it can"t install it.
