Hi all,

I'm just after some assistance getting the HBC setup and running. I have a PAL Wii running v3.4E with a WiiKey v1.

Now I've followed the instructions as per this site --> http://gwht.wikidot.com/usb-loader
So to get started Ive followed the link here --> http://gwht.wikidot.com/homebrew-channel

I've got a blank SD card, so following the steps,

1. Get BannerBomb and extract it to the SD Card, I've used the latest version aad1f_v108.zip
I now have a file on my SD card \private\wii\title\aktn\content.bin

2. Get HackMii Installer v0.6 or later from Here
I open the zip, there are a few files in there, but the instructions say just to extract the file boot.elf into the root of the SD card.

Now I put the card in the Wii and load the boot.elf, it loads fine comes up with the warning, and to press 1 to continue.

This is where it gets stuck, I press 1 and nothing happens, the Wii freezes. I try a different version of the BannerBomb, aad20_v108.zip

Still no good! I'd just like to know if what I'm doing is correct, and I should just keep trying different versions of BannerBomb, or have I missed something?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Ill first try all versions available of bannerbomb, then I'll look for an older hackMii installer.
I'll post back the results.

Cheers
