Homebrew Help Installing Haxx

Hi!
I'm trying to install haxx so I can downgrade with Field Runners. I've successfully installed Field Runners and it's save, but any haxx installer I try freezes with homebrew launcher 1.2. I've tried Steelhax and oothax, but none of them work :/ I'm assuming it's because of 11.2, but I have cfw.
Which entrypoint should I use so I can downgrade my friend's 2DS after I system transfer?

Oothax + Powersaves. The oothax installer does not work on 11.0+. And you'll have to use the payload for 11.1 as there is no payload for 11.2.

Couldn't I use JKSM or any save manager?
Also, it's actually any homebrew that I try launching will freeze. I'm going to try to use steelhax installer as boot.3dsx to see if it'll work.

Nope, you can't install the save that way. Steelhax has issues on 11.2 thanks to the PASLR from Nintendo.

What about if I select firm launching from Luma? If not, which firmware version should I downgrade to just to install the exploit?

The oothax installer only works from 10.7 or below. Steelhax, 11.1 or below.

Ok, I downgraded to 9.2 and everything still freezes when launching.
