Hacking Help installing apps through Homebrew Browser

I keep trying to install various things but I keep getting this message "creating folders failed". Does anyone know what I should do? BTW I'm doing this through the Wii mode on the Wii U.

Forget the homebred browser, all the apps are outdated since 4 or 5 years.
Install them manually.
