Homebrew [Help]Increasing speed game

Hello!

Always played trough Ds emulator on my PC, however I bought a DSI XL and can not play games at normal speed, it got used to playing these games faster speed (Configured alert by emulator)

I wonder if there is any APP / Homebrew that increases the speed of the game, play pokemon at normal speed is a hell! takes a long battle and etc ^ ^

No, the software cartridges that the DS family use are set to a specific FPS and cannot be edited, this means that the game cannot be sped up. The only reason an emulator can do this is because the instructions sent to the CPU are different from the ones in the DSi's CPU.

You are not the first fan of pokemon to ask such a thing. aids0109 is slightly off base in that if you have a flash cart (which you would need if you wanted homebrew) then you can edit the games.
The trouble is that it is a hard hack to do (several methods available to you, each with difficulties, problems and perks) and few really care to do it.
