Hacking [Help] getting browserhax to load on o3ds 9.2

So I have used gateway and cakes load sites before on my o3ds 9.0-9.2 no problem.
But when I try the loader url or qr for browserhax to load the boot.3dsx for hombebrew, nothing happen
I just see a small slider, but nothing happens. If I click on it I get some colors on lower screen but then it crashes back to home menu.
I tried initialize save, clearing history and cookies but no luck
Any help would be appreciated.

That's sliderhax. You need to completely zoom in and tap on the right end of the slider for the haxx to boot into homebrew launcher

tried that, I either get an immediate error, or a series of lower screen colors then an error back to home screen.
