ROM Hack [Help] gateway cheat help

Ok so I making a code for Retro city and I found the address and the value I want to put in the hex editor is 999999999999 and it turned out to be which is E8D4A50FFF AMD that's a signed coed which makes it negative, how would I put this in a gateway cheat

Where XXXXXXX is your address of course.

You may want to use a 32Bits write for the second address too if it's really a 64bits.
However if the type is a 32Bits, your target value is too big.
