Hacking Help. Digimon story cyber sleuth won't start

Whenever I try to play the game, I get this message on screen:

It's a legitimate game that I bought from the psn. I'm not sure what the problem is.

My save data got corrupted. I used vita save manager to restore it but it didn't work. Where are saves store on the memory card?

I fixed it. I had to uninstall the game. Then redownload it from PSN. It's working fine now. Except that I lost my save file. 10 hours of work gone.
