Misc Help decrypting save data

My New 3DS broke a while ago and I just got a 2DS to replace it for now anyway I still have my SD card with my saves on it and my movable.sed. (I don’t have anything else since a few months before it broke I uninstalled CFW and cleared my sd card of all CFW files.) Is there any way to decrypt my saves and use them on my 2DS?

I remember there was a tool that was designed to decrypt 3ds saves (and other stuff i think) with the use of your movable.sed but I have no idea what it was.

3ds-save-tool? first search result for "decrypt 3ds save file with movable.sed" from the temp.

It says I need boot9.bin. I don’t have that file

Someone had the same issue as you; sd card with saves, movable.sed but the og 3ds is dead.
I have absolutely no idea how this works but it's the best i could find. Hope it helps.

It says I need boot9.bin. I don’t have that file

boot9 i am pretty sure you can dump from a 3ds console or get from online. Altho its not a file that can be shared or linked to here
