So I dumped my ticket.db files through godmode9 then did a system transfer, after which i injected my backed up and now I get this on boot. Does this with and without sdcard. Any suggestions?

Svc break can be fixed only with a backup or CTRtransfer. But don't know if ARM9 or ARM11 (I think arm9).

yup. But when this happened to me, I had to do it with Decrypt9, as godmode9 wouldn't work.

Go back to gm9 and find that ticket.db file and select check CMAC. Fix it if it's bad.
Don't ctrtransfer unless it's your last resort. It's extremely drastic and full of side-effects that you won't notice until weeks/months later.
