Hacking Help buying a HD enclosure

I dont know if this is the right place for posting this here, but i need a quick help.

I need to know if this HD Enclosure works with USB loader or not.
I really think its really good price (also free shipping) and i´d like to buy it.

Hard to find deals on IDE hdds to be honest. Would prefer an enclosure that could handle SATA hdd as well

Can anyone else recommend a cheap 3.5 IDE/ PATA USb enclosure? ThaKillerKlown's recommendation is tempting...
My old skool USB/Firewire drive doesn't work.
