I've had the same problem on 9.2.0-9U and I fixed it by updating the browser with a .cia on sysnand (RXTools 2.5/2.6 devmode). But I don't know if you can do that on 9.8
Can you give me a link to that .CIA ? I also want to update my browser so i can try spider28hax with the 10.2.0-28-10.5.0-30 browser and give it a try, I'm also on 9.2.0-9U and browserhax won't launch.
