Hacking HELP blue flash

ok so I got this 3ds from my friend I finnaly got a charger and I turn the 3ds on and see this blue flash I called him and he said OH just get some hacked files he had no sd card in the ds so I wiped mine and used it I downloaded that arm something file and 3ds file just to see the flah light 3 seconds longer plesese help me pros

Don't know. Seems like problem with sd card.

Format your SD card using guiformat as FAT32 with 32kb cluster size. Then test your SD card using h2testw.

ok so theres nothing wrong with the sd card only thing I could think is the sd card slot on the ds is messed up but its not becuses once I put the sd card in there the flash is 4 seconds longer

I have another sd card I can test its 16 gb
