ROM Hack Help a newb?

So, Ive been searching for a english patch for my shakugan no shana for a couple hours and so far nothing, I saw the translation request but it looks like nothing happened with it. Anyone know something that im too stupid to figure out? thanks for your time and (maybe) help.

I don't speak japanese im only starting classes this fall =[ but if i can use like google translator or something ill get right on it =]

Don't use Google Translate. What you'll get will be so horribly jumbled.
You don't get the subtitles and nuances of a language by machine translation and anything figurative and any sayings/slogans/mottos/etc are completely changed or lost.

but i cant understand japanese at all yet =[ i dont start japanese 1 till fall semester
i mean i picked up like i think minna is everyone or sometthing like that
ps cant wait to get started i love the language the sounds and everything are so pleasing, plus i ccan sing along when i watch my anime =] im going to be a busy college student because im also trying to find a place that offers german... damn budget cuts haha
