Hardware Help 3DS XL dump (something went wrong)

I tried to downgrade my 3DS XL into 9.2 version, and it downgraded successfully, but after reboot, it returns into error

I read somewhere, the wires must be under 15cm, and that is >15cm but PC have found them...
I checked all wires and all are right.

Can someone help me??

Looks like a hardware error to me.

You flashed your own previous 9.2 nand backup/dump right? If you used a doner nand or nusd download it will fail?

It should boot unless connected.

The only time i see blue screen like this, is when people fudge their hardware based nand mods.

Remove it and clean up any of your excess solder and see if it boots?

Yesterday I downgraded into 9.2 version successfully, but, after reboot, that error...
Maybe must I remove solders?

I have seen this... you had touch anything other solder points, or your NAND should be partially unsoldered... bad contact, short circuit.

i "semi" resolved this probleme with a big magnifying glass, a soldering iron, soldering flux and 3 hours of work....
the problem was, i had touch the chip, (less 1 seconde) with the soldering iron, beside the soldering point...
i hope you understand i write... sorry for my english.
