Homebrew Help, 3DS Soft Bricked and Can't go to Recovery

I was trying to downgrade and I got a Soft Brick but I can't got to recovery to install the 11.2 Firmware.
Please Help I love my 3DS and don't want it to be a wast of money.

Something similar has happened with me to a friend's 3DS before and was completely unfixable =/. Hope you can successfully do this though! Try booting without the SD card inside.

The power light turns on but the wireless dosen't

Take out the battery wait a minute and put it back in, this resets the wireless

again tried that and it's old3DS.
