Hacking Hello. I need some help to figure out what to get

I want to start using some flashing hardward for my DS. I have a Navy Blue DS(not lite)

So I was wondering, what do I need exactly to start playing roms on my DS? I'm guessing more than just a flash card. Would a M3 Perfect CF & Passcard 3 suffice?
