Homebrew Health and Safety App missing after FBI injection on SysNand

Yesterday i wanted to install a GBA game on the EmuNand but i have the nands unlinked so i had to inject FBI on SysNand to install the CIA on the Sysnand. After doing that, I open the H&S App and a error message appeared and the app disappeared from the Sysnand ._.

no other way to install FBI on Sysnand or Restoring the H&S app?
Please Help D:

just load rx tools or what ever you are using in sysnand mode then load the H&S app u cant load it cuz its not a legit cia

#1 @SANNIC789 doesn't know what he is talking about I think
#2 use Minipasta and go Homebrew -> Pasta -> Homebrew -> FBI 3dsx -> Install FBI to SD. FBI on sysnand. Worked for me as I think its a simpler alternative

Nah, he knew what he was talking about there. Since the OP replaced H&S with FBI, which is an unsigned app, the app isn't showing up because sigpatches aren't enabled. Booting sysnand via either minipasta or rxtools will make it show up again.

I thought op had Signature patches on

Rebooting the console puts you back into vanilla sysnand until minipasta/rxmode is run again.

Also off topic: can you turn a cia into a "legit" CIA for you system only

If you want to restore the original health and safety app, use 3DNUS to download title id 0004001000021300, version 2051 and then install that cia.

Then I'd recommend running miniPasta and then using the FBI.3dsx to install a cia of FBI or some other cia manager. That way you don't have to mess with injection.

Also I forgot to say make sure you install FBI to sd, not NAND.
If you want to restore the h&s app, install the cia you get from 3DNUS to NAND.

What are you trying to do? Are you following a guide? You should probably follow Section V of https://3ds.guide/installing-arm9loaderhax
