Hacking HDD USB ISO loader

Before all you morons say fake, Let me say a few things...

Wii homebrew - people said fake? REAL.
libDVD - Fake? real
Backup loader - fake? real.
Wii linux - real
wii mote support in homebrew? - real..

and a whole more...

This is actually possible.. He could have coded a USB 2.0 Driver since the wii has the hardware.. USB 2.0 averages a data rate of 480 Mbps (megabits per second) while USB 1.1 only hits 12 Mbps.

Now, makes driver for USB Harddrive and puts isos on the drive, puts in a genuine game into the wii's disk drive such as wii sports, the disk drive will be tricked into thinking its playing wii sports and then it will do on the fly patches to load from Hd. just like on the PSP, you had to use a UMD disk while playing an ISO on 3.40 OE-A firmware.. this method is simular.

though im not saying its real nor fake, im just saying its defently possible and we need to wait a while to find out.

According to linkinworm, crediar himself says it was fake.
Also IIRC crediar is one of bushing's boys, is he not?
You know how they are when it comes to piracy and even legit backups.
It would be nice to know if linkinworm would provide some more proof though.

I'm not going to dismiss it, but I won't accept it either.

Now this seems very interesting to me , i do have a modchip installed but my wii has trouble reading dual layer dvds (super smash brawl doesnt work) and i really dont want to go fix it at nintendo because id have to take my chip out and all that. So this seems like a very good alternative, plus its a great backup solution if you dont want to mess with your original discs. I just hope the usb port is fast enough to play commercial games on the wii. And hopefully ... gamecube suport hehe.

iv got a multi hundred gig ext hd sittin around, and would love to be able to play anygame without having to switch discs. i have a modded wii, but i dont like burning and switching around lol
