Hello,
I've had HBC installed for a while now, but when I open it the menu is upside down.
Everything still works, it's just annoying.
Tried to reinstall, but Hackmii installer hangs on scam screen.
Also tried letterbomb. When I open letter the message is just a bunch of ?'s.

I've been searching to find the IOS that HBC uses to run, just to see if that is the problem.

When I exit HBC it says it's running on IOS59. IOS 58 v2532.

I can live with it, but it's annoying.

thanks

It happens because you replaced your IOS using corrupted wads.
You need to reinstall clean IOS, that you should have dumped before messing with your NAND content.

You replaced IOS56, but probably IOS58 too.

Please, use syscheck and post the log here so we can determine which IOS slot have been altered.

JoostinOnline can probably help you fix your NAND.
(sorry joostin, it's always you who help users with bad NAND so I'm calling you again)

More likely, it's patched. Let's see your SysCheck first.

Ok, how do I upload the file? What format does it need to be in.

Even though it's probably been solved - the discless hacks on vWii don't work anymore (Bannerbomb etc..)

Hopefully the IOS58 replacement fixes it.

For people who may find this thread - it's best not to use an existing SD you used with your old Wii when working on vWii.
