Having problems with photoshop CS6

So, im using photoshop normaly a few days ago but today everytime i open an file or create a new, photoshop just freeze, he don't respond, and after some tries he simplye froze my PC, i was forced to turn off holding the buttom and i don't want to open again so how i solve this problem?
ps:my photoshop is cracked XD

You could try Affinity Photo instead.

i have avira but it never happened before it's started today

Hmm... Try to add it to exception in avira if it has one. Maybe avira had detected it and deleted it causing malfunction in the crack. If that doesn't work then it could be the crack so try to get a new one? If none of these work then I'm out of suggestions.

dude i open photoshop as an administrator and it worked XD
