Hacking Having Problems with NTR and Pokemon Sun. PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi I'm trying to cheat in Pokemon Sun using NTR CFW 3.2 but after I start up BootNTR then start Pokemon Sun, the screen flashes green for a second and just stays at the 3DS boot screen.

I'm using this version of BootNTR https://github.com/astronautlevel2/BootNTR/releases

Can someone help me?

If your using old 3ds ntr doesn't work with it. (Boots high mem mode deleting ntr from memory.)
