Homebrew Having issues with nusspli

So I'm having issues trying to download games with nusspli, I'm trying to download a game to a usb and it keeps giving an error saying "the download returned with a different result 200"
I was wondering if I could get any help? Please

Does your usb device get enough power? Via y-cable?
