Hacking Having a problem saving on 3in1?

I'm playing Summon Night Craft Sword Monogatari: Hajimari no Ishi and for some reason it wont allow me to save the game, could this be a problem with my SD or EZV 3-in-1? Or am I just not able to save in the game yet? BTW I'm using Acekard2i+AKAIO 1.5.

The 3in1 doesn't support EEPROM save type games. you will need to patch it before use. see the download section to download a patcher.
