Homebrew Have Two JP 3DS What are my options?

Recently I was able to borrow my friend's old JPN 3DS which is happliy 9.7.0J. So my question is that DSiware downgrade possible for me? I want to hack my JPN 11.0.0J New 3DS.

I would strongly suggest waiting until this one week from now before trying that. Likely, there will be better hacking methods revealed at that time.

The 9.7 3ds will need a9lh to do that or at least be on 9.2 (or 9.1?)
