Hacking Have a O3DS and want to buy a N3DS, Question...

I have one 3DS with Arm9 and a 64 Gb MicroSD, all ok... Already ordered a New 3DS that is coming with Arm9 too and a 16 Gb card.

My doubt is: How can I swap this cards simpler mode? Or only way is doing NAND backups and cloning, etc...
