Hi All,

I have just flashed a Nand-patched.bin to an Old 3dsXL running the latest FW following the 3ds.guide page

All seemed to go fine, I put the required files on the SD card and put it in the 3DS but it just boots to the normal screen and doesnt load LUMA to continue with the Hack.

Any Ideas what I could try?

Thanks

Dan

Did you hold the button or button combination on start? I think it’s hold start button then power it on. Correct me if I am wrong.
Edit: it was “select” instead of the “start” you hold. It’s whatever you changed it to or the default.

Thanks mate,

tried it but nothing changed, should it boot LUMA on its own the first time turning on after installing the patched FW?

Made need to upload a pic of how your SD card is set up. And show what you have in your luma. Also thinking now what hack did you use? Boot9 or the older one? Because the latest Luna doesn’t work with the older hack. You will have to use an legacy build of Luma.

Hey bro, I had exactly the same problem while using the newly updated Windows 10. The solution was to patch the nand.bin using windows7/8/8.1 on another computer.

Try that :)

So nothing happens when you hold Select while turning on the 3DS?

The legacy build works with B9S 1.2, it just has Rosalina removed.
