Gaming Hard drive HELP!!

Heres what happens:
Bought a 250gb Seagate Expansion Hard Drive
Plugged to PC
Installed Drivers
Loaded Wii Back Up Manager
Started copying 2 games
Copying ended
Opened drive to see if the games were there
Deleted some crapware that come with harddrive along with the icon and autorun file(required for icon)
Unplugged it
Plugged it in again
Shows up
Cant format
Un install device from windows
Reboot
Install driver again
"Your Device Is Ready for Use"
Still doesnt show up in My Computer
If I go to Computer>Manage>Devices I can see it
Tried on my laptop
Same problem

I know its not the hard drive itself because It was working at first

Try using it in another PC or try formating via Disk Manager

Format is using the Disk Manager like ArKRaveN said but if Windows doesn't detect it then I would try GParted.
