Homebrew HANS as CIA ?

Hex edit the payload on your SD card, and replace boot.3dsx with something else (needs to be the same length)
You can unpack the CIA or compile from source code if you want another title ID/logo.

So, without unpacking and doing stuff, the only way is to basically make the HBL cia into a HANS cia

I guess I can see if I can edit the HBL cia, stick a new sound and couple of pictures in it, and tell it to load an edited payload with a different name, that way I can still have my HBL cia and have a hans CIA

too lazy to try and put HANS into the cia itself

I've already tried this btw. HANS relies on HBL to select a title and just launching HANS.3dsx will just make it go straight into HANS with a random title selected. The HBL Cia doesn't contain the selection process but the HBL.3dsx does. So thats why I left it.

Since i already have ctrBootManager as boot.3dsx for coldboot ,it would be really nice to see a .cia of HANS

(Since it's pretty freaking useful for rom-hacks , language change etc...)

use ntr, and patch roms directly+convert to cia

Is there anyway to change the path the HBLauncher CIA uses to load the boot.3dsx and redirect it to load a .3dsx of a rom hack?
