ROM Hack HANS always loads for Download and Play

Everytime I try to load HANS it always loads for the title: Download Play anyone know how to fix this?

This happens to me also but for me homebrew launcher doesn't allow me to choose the application,
example:

When I try to run save_manager - it doesn't allow me to choose the title to run it under and it's the same for HANS and ect...

in the past I was able to choose what title it was going under

Move Left or Right. There should be various apps you can choose from.
