Halloween Costume Event?

So I had another thought. Are we doing the Halloween costume event this year? Where people follow some guidelines, and submit a picture of them in their Halloween costume for judging, and the best outfit win. Winner was given some prize. There were a bunch of rules set in place to stop people from cheating, and such.

Any plans to do that this year? IIRC someone on here with a nice Link costume won.
