Today's Magnificent Update includes many things. First-off, courtesy of the collaborative efforts of DanTheMan827, Melthris, and myself, you now have ability for Custom Fonts (Fonts Folder)! Pat yourselves on the back. You have all done so extremely well with USB-HOST, that I have now retitled the Advanced Users Folder! I have restructured all HMODS to be within one directory. USB-HOST Specific ones are prefixed, accordingly. MAME 2003 System 32 Variant Fixed! I included 4 more of my personal Ripping Tools; TurboRip, Popstation GUI, PocketISO, and ISO Compressor. I have used them all in previous Videos of mine. RetroArch is Updated to 1.6.9. (Thanks pcm720!!!) I also Updated FCEUMM. Filters for Extreme RetroArch also Updated. As for the Main Core Updates, I have done MANY this time around, including 4DO, FBA 2016, Gambatte, MAME 2003 (SNK Vs Capcom Bootleg & In Your Face now work; Thanks gamez-fan & twinaphex!), MAME 2010 (Thunder Cepter, Shaolin's Road, Final Lap, Shadow Dancer, Chouji Meikyuu Legion, Refresh Rate Fixes, etc.; Thanks wonder199999 & twinaphex!), Mednafen NGP, Mednafen Mednafen PCE-Fast, PC-FX, Mednafen SuperGrafx, Mednafen VB, Mednafen WSwan, mGBA, PCSX ReArmed Neon, SNES9x2010, and VBAM. To expect in next Update/s will be newer revisions to hakchi1!!! I will also be doing video tutorial on USB-HOST for NESC, as well as an overview of my Current Core Set. what are the steps of updating to this version if I have a previous old version?

Which release did you download? The splash screen switch is only possible on release after 1st Dec -17. 1-12-17.

That's exactly what I wrote. Not to mention that it's the latest version that is included in his sets.

Turns out I was using an old version of retroarch, updating it gave me borders instantly...

I was using the very first release from Cluster...

Well, you still need to disable them in Canoe first, the black border option and it works

Yes but previously I tried all options and countess times and there wasn't any...

Now when turning them on, they are for all consoles...

Use notepad++ and do a mass find in files and replace

It's a batch replacement, I just don't think there is anything easier. Make sure you filter for desktop files and search subdirectories. Set main directory to your games folder. Put in the command from NES and replace with command from SNES. Hit replace all. Done

hi guys.need to ask something. I installed km retroarch 12 17 17 and all the retroarch games just load to a black screen. had to reinstall previous version of the retroarch to fix it. is there some problem with the latest 1.6.9 retroarch on snes classic?

You must've missed a step. Did you start from scratch or update hakchi-gui? Either way, provide the steps you used. It's impossible for us to help somebody who's yelling "IT'S NOT WORKING".

What are the filename of the games? If it contains special characters, remove them.

I followed KMFDManic video for DosBox on Commander Keen. I simply don't have the ability to map any keys to the gamepad. Can somebody help? I'm using 2.21d dual boot SNES/NES and I'm loading it on the SNES side.

I was watching a video about the snes classic and hakchi and they mentioned that the more games you have, the fewer save states you can have. How many games can you have and still have space for at least one suspend point per game ?

You must've missed a step. Did you start from scratch or update hakchi-gui? Either way, provide the steps you used. It's impossible for us to help somebody who's yelling "IT'S NOT WORKING".

Yes, I did it from the scratch.
Started with 2.21e, uninstalled everything, reinstalled the hmods, flashed original & custom kernels, saved the settings, then continued with the latest hakchi gui, did the "sdufrm" commands, then moved on to DanTheMan hakchi up to sync the game using shift + F5. I even copied+pasted KMFD's sample of boot.png on the USB flashdrive's /hakchi/ directory.

if you use the extra space mod which moves save states to a 50mb section, will you be able to delete them with the save state manager ?
