Hello, I wonder that with CFW, we could somehow hack the NFC reader on the New 3DS and allow us to use our own NFC chips to launch apps and other things.

Just a thought I had.

Im not sure, because NFC only reads and write data.
i know some phones like samsungs, (they have NFC) can emulate Amiibo chips/data or dump/inject amiibo data.

I know, imagine if we were able to hack the reader/writer to be able to have it do functions like open apps with NFC.

open apps with NFC? soo...???
but why open apps with NFC, if we have homebrew launcher or other cool stuffs in 3ds, like FBI, devmenu, etc .-.
The thing is that the NFC reader/writer on New 3DS XL is only used for amiibo, and if we expanded the compatibility, it would be cool.

sounds cool.
but what do you mean with "open apps with NFC"?
run homebrew? :o
Also...

Like what you do with android phones, set a command to open a game or app, including homebrew by title id.

Ohhh, so you mean like "access direct"?
like...
Android -> put ID, like run Porkymon X or Y -> put it in NFC -> new 3DS -> Porkymon X or Y access?
sounds cool, but at the same time, it's more complicated.

I know, it is just a concept I had in mind that I thought could be possible.

it would be more cool if we can exchange data via NFC

There is a way to do this on android and ios but i think if there a way we can get a homebrew app to run in background at boot we could use this to detect and read NFC tag with Hex on them and then relate that hex to a CIA's TitleID and open that CIA

well an amiibohax sounds nice. IF we theoretically launch a game, we could tap an amiibo that could work like an exploit on load, like smash because it has to access then run data from an external device.

There's a protected area in amiibo that can't be modified, such as the amiibo type. However, some amiibo game data is possible to be modified.

Also, with the current 3DS OS, having amiibo services permanently active isn't possible, or not without a good chunk of reworking.

If anything, having applications open with the tap of amiibo would only work on the HOME Menu, but not in-game or in other applications.

True, but perhaps the n2 elite (amiiqo) would come in handy for loading exploit data if someone can somehow get the amiibo save data hacked, then when you load it onto a game, it triggers an exploit.
But note mine is merley speculation, and prolly isn't possible
