ROM Hack Hack .SWAR (sound_dat)

Hi everybody!
I want hack some files of the sound_dat.sdat but is in a format not know (. SWAR). How could convert .Wav, for example, in this format?

just use VGMtrans, load the rom and extract what you want. And yes, is not as straght forward, since you have to extract and see what sounds are there!
