hello. I used DSiWare to install boot9strap to my 3ds. Another friends wants to hack his 3ds and I was wondering if I could somehow hack his 3ds using mine. Is it possible to transfer the DSiWare game to his console?

Yes, but it will transfer your NNID along with it, and you have to wait a week before you can transfer back.
Due to that, other options are probably better suited. Such as this, which is free and works on latest FW: https://jisagi.github.io/FrogminerGuide/

You can do the DSiWare Transfer method, but it will take a week and wipe every game/save on his 3DS. Just do Frogminer as linked above, it's much easier, less destructive, and doesn't take a week of just waiting.
