ROM Hack Guitar hero on tour games problem

I have an R4i Revolution for i.L.S and i am playing on my dslite, all the other roms work on this cart so i know its not the cart.(also i've tired on an n5) I am currently looking for any if not all guitar hero on tour games for DS. I have a guitar Grip but every single rom I get, gives me a must insert guitar grip to continue playing error, which i made clearly that its plugged in. can someone direct me to a a site with prepatched version? I would prefer english but any language will do as long as it works, i am sure there is a change language option somewhere in the game..also i did come accross this one rom which worked but i lost it becuase it was in spanish and i didnt think about changing the language. thanks in advance

the guitar hero games should run fine unpatched if you have the grip.
tried just using a completely clean rom?

actually i am not sure, I've tried from coolrom and romunation, then afterward, I've googled everywhere for a prepatched

Sorry but i can't help. I downloaded the Guitar Hero roms tested them out with my grip and R4 card and had no problems so it's not the roms.
