Hi Hooya, yes i know and I'm sorry about that. The thing is that i've been seeding al day but my upload bandwith is only of 450kb/s. I don't know how to put it on usenet cause i don't use it. Maybe when you finish you can upload it there.

Nice tip about using GH3 Stereo version and then doing a recheck. I've never done that before. I went from less than a minute starting into it to 73% complete

Only problem now is there is only 79.8% complete

Went from the bottom of the pack to the top since I only see one person with 100% and next closest is 40.4%

Well, the author of the disk said it's based on the stereo version of NTSC, so I assume it won't have the crappy mono sound issue. In the meantime, you're guaranteed to get it sooner if you join the seed/leech pool currently going on.

As far as charts, we'll just have to wait and see.

That is a nice selection of songs!

Even though a lot of these custom discs use the 'stereo/surround fixed' version as their base, many people are still putting mono songs on so they can get them to fit in the available space. What did you put on this disc Andre?

A few comments about this disc:

Played a select few songs [this guy really likes Metallica

]
At least one song was horribly out of sync (this was with the hard setting)
I noticed quite a few songs didn't have Star Power (I'm guessing it was ported from FoF)
When I saw "Alive", was hoping it was "Still Alive" from the game Portal

Sounds are pretty good and not muffled like some previews I've heard.
Very nice variety of songs should make most people happy.

Looking forward to another release and get ahead of the line by doing the recheck

Doing my part in seeding since there are only 2 seeds. Availability is fluctuating between 8 and 11 now.

yeah, i'm a huge fan of metallica and i thought that their songs could do well on this kind of game. About the charts, well, i haven't played all difficulties yet. I really only play expert and my girlfrien medium so i can't really know if every difficulty is properly in sync. by the way curiousG, can i ask what song are you refering to?

Tried a couple songs.

Don't even bother with Enter Sandman or Come as you Are. Both Expert and Hard are not even close to matching with the music.

Every single custom I have played has left the boss battles in tact. So you may not want to change the boss song, or it maybe impossible to beat the game.

I tested my custom disc again. This time I managed to win the boss battles against tom.
The thing is that it won it too fast. It's not even half the song yet :-)

There was guitar hero 1 AND 80's disc posted last week. It works great for me although someone said it's mono. I couldn't tell as I'm using TV speaker :-)

Let me know how this one goes. I might consider making a stereo gh1 disc.

Some questions for you guys after you play it:
1. How is the quality? Anything missing or wrong?
2. I'm not sure how boss battle works. I only played the first battle song and found it's a little bit strange. I don't know how to describe but the song I replaced with just a normal song. It seems impossible to beat the boss :-(
3. Should I brickblock it?

Used the unlock all code and just tested some random songs in quickplay on your disc.
Everything seemed to sound fine and play ok.

It would be great if you made a Guitar Hero 1 &/or 80's in stereo and uploaded it.
Would perfer yours as you have done an excellent job and its NTSC so it doesn't mess up my PAL save.
