clear logs is one of biggest mistakes.......Ninty will suspect you if you have NO logs

The System partition isn't fully cleared either; there are a lot of files in the Save directory that aren't there on a brand new Switch.

The only reasonable way of not getting ban is disabling wi fi, than doing nand backup, than do whatever you want offline, when you decide to go ofw, wipe everything from SD, than restore your nand.
The problem I think is the risky of doing multiple restores.

bought a 7.1 used switch with nxos. updated to 8.1 with choidujour, while updating selected option to remove autorcm and do factory reset. started OFW with formatted sd card. Its been "3 days". Not banned yet.
