Hacking Guide to downgrade N3DS from 10.7 to 9.2?

Okay, so that installs the hacked save file into OOT3D, and then after I install that hacked save file in the O3DS, I open the hacked file in my N3DS and it opens homebrew?

Okay, I got to homebrew with the OOT exploit. The ctr-httpwn installer is saying it failed. The guide says that you only need to do the ctr-hhtpwn exploit if your 3DS is under version 11.2.0. Can't I just upgrade from 11.0.0 to 11.2.0 and skip this step? The guide says I only need to do this if my 3DS is below 11.2...so why not upgrade to 11.2 since this step isn't working for me?

One site I googled said that as of about 15 days ago, the regular ctr-httpwn servers are down and so I can use this alternate server:

How do I install this? Download all files, copy + replace over the other files in my ctr-httpwn folder? Want to know for sure if thats what I should do so I don't brick my N3DS.

Otherwise, I think I will just upgrade to 11.2 and skip this step...

Sorry, I never user ctr-hhtpwn so I can't help you (I'm using Franken Firm before moving to A9LH).

No do not update because the same exploit is not present in that version! And I don't know why that program isn't working someone else would have to help out with that.
