You Must Read the whole guide to hack your PSP!

Well First of all this guide is for all PSP! (+GO)

Also 6.37 is now hackable

If you have a PSP with lower than 6.XX you need to Update at least on 6.20 to hack your PSP

If you want to use 6.20 TN-X you must download the 6.20 for your PSP

6.20 Pro-B4 (Permanent for 01,02,03,04,05(Go) Models

This one doesn t need an Iso loader
It has a new driver called Inferno which is pretty useful for many games.

How to make it Permanent
1.Launch the Update 6.20 PRO-B4.
2.Press X to install the 6.20 PRO-B4 CFW.
3.Turn off your PSP
4.Launch the Update 6.20PRO Permanent..
5.Press X (now there's a warning, ignore it, but you can backup the file if you want for safety reasons) and then O to install the 6.20 PRO-B4 CFW Permanent.
You are done now!

How to transfer this file to your PSP
Plug your USB to your PSP and then connect it to your PC
Then Transfer it to PSP/GAME folder
You can launch this from the XMB

Run homebrew on 6.37 (or any other 6.XX firmware) without the need to sign them
Run homebrews that cannot be signed (such as ScummVM) on firmware 6.37 or below
Put your homebrews in any folder you want, to avoid turning your “Game” XMB into a huge mess

How to install and use Half Byte Loader:
1. Install the Patapon 2 Demo
2. Connect PSP with USB
3. Copy the “hbl” directory and the “h.bin” file to ms0: (copy them to the root)
4. Copy UCUS98732_DATA02 (Patapon 2 SAVEDATA) to ms0:/PSP/SAVEDATA
5. Copy your homebrew to ms0:/PSP/GAME
6. Load the demo, load the hacked save, load your homebrew.

Ok I have done everything I can think of to get FFIX to work. Here is what I have done, just so you know where I am:

I have 6.20 TN-C and Prometheus ISO on my HD, working perfect.
Copied eLoader into :/PSP/GAME/ folder (makes all my ISOs look legit, very nice)
Copied _SCE_ps1p and PS1P folders into :/PSP/GAME/ folder
Copied FFIX.bin files into .../PS1P folder
Created SEPLUGINS folder
Created vsh.txt (with the correct command in it) and game.txt files in .../SEPLUGINS folder.
Copied aloader_game.prx and aloader_vsh.prx into same folder

Here is the steps I follow
Load 6.20 TN-C
load eloader
load PS1P
then it loads to the screen that I can see my PSX .bin files , but once I try and load the FFIX.bin it freezes and I have to turn the system off.

What I am confused by, and this might be where I am not succeeding is, I don't know how to disable CXMB and Game catagories and restart the VSH by TN VSH Menu.

If you can help me out here it would be much appreciated.

If this isn't going to be stickied I don't see the point. It's great that you've put the work in but this thread is likely - in my opinion - to just wither and die.
Perhaps info from this guide could be added to the existing guide or PM'd to Prowler or Rydian?
I'm pretty sure they'd even give credit.
