ROM Hack guide for translating a nds rom

i´m searching for a guide to translate nds roms like pokemon platin

you have to find specified guides how to hack that specified game.

You can't just magically read a guide and expect to start translating right away you need to know what the hell your doing.....

Hey. I do know how to translate kana, and there are some games that ONLY have kana. I would really like to help translating games, however, I do not know how to dump text. I do not know how to hack games, but if somebody could make a guide for how to dump text, it would be very helpful.
